Job Description:
Leidos is currently seeking a PMO Director to support a large Air Force contract in the Newport New, VA area.
Primary Responsibilities
The applicant will lead the PMO Team supporting the ACC ISR program. The PMO Director will be responsible supporting the ACC ISR Program Manager through planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to support the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives. Duties may include assisting with staffing, subcontractor management, financial reporting, answering requests from the PM and/or government; developing, tracking, and maintaining program performance metrics and reporting, serve as the alternate PM when the PM is unavailable, and assist the PM as a direct reach back for corporate support for resources to ensure that all program areas run within scope, time, and budget constraints. The PMO Director also interfaces with the functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.
Basic Qualifications
- BA degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience
- Knowledge of Leidos functional resources and management applications, policies, and procedures
- Prior leadership experience in an organization with over 500 FTE
- U.S. citizen with a current TS/SCI security Clearance
