Job Description:

Leidos Enterprise Business Operations (EBO) is seeking a Business Process & Compliance Manager to be located in Oak Ridge, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance in regards to business impacts, processes and compliance. This role will report to the Director of Business and Compliance Services within the EBO organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage teams conducting audit and compliance assessments related to expenses, labor and other areas to ensure compliance with company policy and/or other federal and local rules and regulations
  • Lead business process analysis across multiple functions to seek out and support continuous improvement and automation
  • Conduct needs assessments by collecting information pertaining to current work procedures, systems, workflows and reports
  • Document end-user requirements and create workflow and process diagrams to support business needs (document current state vs future state processes)
  • Leverage technology to help reduce and/or eliminate manual tasks and continually improve existing processes
  • Recommend alternate solutions and courses of action to best address the organization's objective of process efficiency while maintaining compliance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training; where appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 5+ years of process improvement related experience; OR Master's Degree with 3+ years of process improvement related experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising and leading individuals and teams
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, processing mapping and impact analysis skills
  • Capable of applying knowledge and experience to handle all but the most complex problems independently
  • Experience serving as an effective change agent
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Familiarity with the Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) and other federal, state and local regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret complex documents, such as compliance regulations and internal policies
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Products and experience working in multiple systems. Experience working in SQL a plus
