Job Description:

Leidos is hiring a new colleague to perform Multi-Media development, curriculum development, production and formatting of various training materials, distribution of products, and office administration tasks supporting the Tomahawk Mission Planning Center (TMPC) program and Integrated Mission Solutions Operation database administration.

Primary Responsibilities

This candidate will be responsible for the appearance, quality control and production of documents supporting qualification program, curriculum in various Navy Education Development standards (i.e., AIM II, CPM, LOM), and Multi-media products in support of PMA-281 developed systems.

Exercise judgment in making decision and solving problems.

Work with the technical staff, develop and edit multi-media products including story boarding, scripting, voiceover and audio production.

Follow procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Liaison with technical staff to solicit input, coordinate reviews, and maintain involvement in various documents as they are developed.

Apply adult learning theory to the creation of e-Learning and blended learning solutions.

Assist in the research, selection, and modification of existing training content to meet learning needs.

Convert instructor led content to e-Learning solutions, when applicable. Support training team administrative functions, as assigned.

Utilize strong organizational and communication skills. Maintain and manage workload when coordinating delivery of multiple, concurrent projects and assignments with minimal supervision. Must be detail oriented and able to work well with others in deadline driven environment. Occasional overtime is required to meet deadlines.

Basic Qualifications

Candidate must be eligible for a DoD Secret clearance; active Secret clearance strongly preferred

Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Captivate, Articulate, and/or Storyline

Must be proficient in developing multimedia training products for use in web-based environments.

BS/BA in related discipline with 4+ years of professional experience. Additional years of directly related experience can offset the degree requirements.

Proficient in the development of interactive training applications object oriented programming

Proficient with troubleshooting techniques for software and multimedia development environments.

Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Captivate, Articulate, and/or Storyline

Preferred Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance

Experience editing formal documentation and possess strong technical writing abilities.

Proficiency with Multi-media design products, emergent Multi-Media technologies

MS Office Professional office productivity software, i.e., MS word, Excel, and PowerPoint (will be expected to independently use Word and PowerPoint and Excel on first day) necessary.

Strong office, interpersonal communications skills, organizational skills

Experience in time management, task prioritization and work scheduling.
