Job Description:

Leidos is seeking qualified candidates for an Identity & Access Management (IdAM) program. The program is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to provide program support to a mission critical enterprise system.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support creation of staffing requisitions for new program and track staffing needs
  • Perform financial analysis including tracking bid cost versus actuals on new hires and contingent offers
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings in support of program startup activities
  • Support Program Manager with ad-hoc activities as required
  • Define and document new program standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with functional support organizations, including finance, subcontracts, contracts, and human resources
  • Execute metrics gathering and analysis in support of proposed cost estimates
  • Participate in proposal efforts including Basis of Estimate (BOE) and technical volume writing
  • Perform resource planning tasks in accordance with program budgets
  • Identify areas for process improvements, and define plans and procedures to implement the improvements


Qualifications:
  • BA degree and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent.
  • Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with cost models and executing financial analysis for leadership
  • Background in finance and business operations
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


Additional preferred skills/experience (not required):
  • Experience working on cost and technical components of proposals
  • Willingness to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance
