The Defense Group at Leidos currently is looking to fill a position TADSS Expert Trainer (Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations) to work supporting the Army Intelligence Center of Excellence HT-JCOE on Fort Huachuca, AZ. This opportunity will support the Huachuca Training and Support Contract. In this mission we will provide Training, Training Development and Training Support Intelligence Center of Excellence as they train and education the Intel force for the Army.
Instructing personnel from prepared course material.
Formulation, assessment, and execution of training requirements and alternatives (platform instruction, distance learning, blended training, interactive multimedia instruction).
Development of requisite training materials, products, and documentation for individual and team/section collective MI Solder and Leader TADSS (both system and non-system), in support of Doctrine Tactics and Training (DTT).
TS / SCI Clearance
Knowledgeable in and experienced in Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) for both system and non-system.
Knowledgeable of Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) intelligence training capabilities for device and simulation support within the training and intelligence communities of Army Models & Simulations (M&S domain).
Experience in exercise vignettes, exercise scenario design and development and simulation training/integration.
Eight years' experience in the Military Intelligence career field
Two years' experience in MI Doctrine and Tactics, simulations operations field, including Live, Virtual, Constructive simulation for MI/ISR/Mission Command (i.e. Sim Center, MTC, Foundry, CTC)
Two years' experience with training development in MI/ISR PED systems operations (ie. DCGS-A, Prophet, AISR, TGS), exercise/scenario development for collective exercises (BN to Division)
Must be able to travel to various training locations.
Must have strong written and oral communication skills
Experience working at ICOE
Post 9/11 Combat Experience
