Job Description:

Leidos Corporate is searching for a Corporate Card Administrator in Oak Ridge, TN. This person will be responsible for the daily control of various activities related to our Corporate Travel & Expense Card Program

  • Assist in the processing of corporate card applications
  • Provide cardholder training, as needed
  • Work delinquent account issues
  • Work with AP, Accounting, Payroll, Group Management and other departments to move costs to correct cost centers
  • Complete and upload pay files to Bank
  • Process reinstatement and credit limit increase requests
  • Process termed employees payoffs
  • Work overpayment and other reconciliation issues
  • In coordination with Bank, work and escalate fraud issues
  • Process corporate card helpdesk requests
  • Serve as liaison between employee and bank, as needed
  • Maintain current documentation of all tasks and processes associated with this position
  • Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner
  • Compile metrics and report as needed for all tasks associated with this position
  • Prioritize duties to ensure timely completion of all tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance field with 1 year of relevant experience; OR an Associate's degree with 3 years' experience; OR a High School diploma with 5 years' experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Experience using data reporting tools
  • Proven ability to analyze basic financial reports
  • Experience working in a government, banking for other highly regulated environment is a plus
