Mid-Level ISR Mission Management Specialist

Job Description:

The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Mid-Level ISR Mission Management Specialist at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage quality control and formal feedback programs to improve theater ISR collection operations.  Capture and present DCGS Measures of Performance (MoP) and ISR mission effectiveness in support of AF/DCGS weapon system policies, instructions, and other supporting documentation.  Perform trend analysis derived from combat elements, ISR production centers, and open sources to prepare Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) related data and products.  Capture, assess, and perform trend analyses and report ground station and ISR platform and sensor metrics utilizing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards. Compare sensor functionality data compared to UNICORN collection data and report via activity reports to leadership.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3-10 years of relevant experience.

At least 7 years of relevant ISR mission management experience.

Maintain a minimum Q-1 DCGS Weapons System Qualification Rating.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise.
