LEIDOS currently has an opening for a 25th AF Mission Manager (MM) for a team within the DOD Community. The position requires a high amount of experience with ISR Contracts and must have an active TS/SCI clearance in order to be considered. The Mission Manager is LEIDOS's authorized interface with 25th AF senior ISR leadership, contracting office representatives, other government management personnel and end-user representatives in support of the ACC/ISR Enterprise contract program.  The MM also serves as the main Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) for the 25th AF to help determine technical and business goals in consultation with LEIDOS management and work with the overall LEIDOS contract program Key Personnel to make detailed plans for the accomplishment of these goals.

The MM is responsible for supporting the Program Manager (PM) in formulating and enforcing work standards, developing and executing project schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising personnel and communicating policies, procedures, and goals to team members as it pertains to direct 25th AF mission support. The MM is responsible for the delivery of services to 25th AF customers within SLA agreements.

Perform day-to-day management of overall 25th AF contract support operations, involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.    The MM performs horizontal integration planning, and interfaces frequently with other functional areas such as subcontracts, project control, and personnel security. He/She ensures program deliverables and schedules are implemented in a timely manner; provides supervision, training, and direction to staff; and serves as the single point of contact for all customer issues or concerns. The PM is accountable for meeting contractual performance criteria and due dates during service delivery, and successful overall project completion.

Required Skills/Experience and Education:

  • Education: BA or BS degree required; M.S., MBA, or M.A. degree desired from an accredited college or a graduate of a DoD Senior Service College.
  • Possess a minimum of ten years’ experience providing DoD project management.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience directly supporting 25th AF ISR mission sets.
  • Possess a Top Secret (TS) clearance and be Sensitive Compartmented Information(SCI) eligible by the Central Clearance Facility (CCF) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) at the time of proposal submission.
