Job Requisition:Product Acceptance Test Engineers
Leidos is seeking candidates for a Test Engineer to join our team in Smithfeild, PA.
The ideal candidate for the Product Acceptance Test Engineering role will have experience in analyzing system requirements, operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation test plans and procedures. The candidate will have the ability to prepare for and conduct the test plan, provided data collection and analysis, and report the status and results. They will prepare test plans that provide specialized Test and Evaluation capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance areas. They will be required to coordinate closely with senior leadership to interpret and effectively communicate program needs, provide enterprise test engineering expertise and establish effective, bi-directional, collaborative communication within the team.
Test and Evaluation responsibilities include, but are not limited to Requirements Analysis, Design Analysis including Request for Change (RFC) Reviews, participation in System and Developer Milestone Reviews, participation in Engineering Review Boards for hardware and software, test execution and development of Test Plans and Test Reports and providing briefings to Customers. The position will also require supporting and participating in regular staff meetings with customers and other Leidos personnel.
MUST BE A US CITIZEN to be considered
Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance
Test engineering experience.
Experience with requirements development, management and architectures.
Experience in conducting security testing.
Experience with systems engineering and configuration management processes.
Experience performing verification and functional performance testing using manual and automated test methods and tools.
Experience performing requirements analysis
Experience with testing documentation (i.e. test plans and procedures)
Cryptologic systems experience
Experience with UNIX/Linux recommended
Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment and independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of related experience. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree
Experience with SSEE
Familiarity with the Lighthouse architecture
Experience with performance testing software
Experience with website testing
Experience with RedHat
Education and experience
Engineering/Technical Certifications and 3+ years’ experience
