Job Description:

The Defense Group at Leidos has an opening for a Computer Systems Analyst at Fort Eustis, Virginia.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to support the Army Training Information System (ATIS) Deployed Digital Training Campus (DDTC) program for the United States Army.

DDTC is a portable, Warrior Information Training System, which can be setup at any deployed Soldier location around the world.
The training campus is a completely self-contained system with 20 laptops, Internet and satellite accessibility.
The system can also provide video tele-training and it is designed for Soldiers to conduct structured self -development courses, advanced leader course phase one common core, correspondence courses, and any other program in the Army e-Learning catalog and the Army Learning Management System (ALMS).

Primary Responsibilities:
Computer Systems Analyst shall be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of user business problems and the development of system recommendations to meet requirements. Analyzes current and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems. Duties include coordinating with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of user acceptance, and may coordinate testing and system controls.
Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
Responsible for entire projects or processes within a technical area.
Typically responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of lower level technical staff.
Develops technical solutions that require collaboration with internal experts, deep analyses and understanding of impact on end-product/solution.
Develops solutions to technical problems and issues that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge.
Works to influence team members regarding solution design, process and/or approaches. Requires deep understanding of and ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts of technical domain and has broad understanding of other related specialty areas.
Duties include maintaining Windows 10 with Server 2012 platforms for the Deployed Digital Training Campus (DDTC) program (i.e. patching, applying STIGs, resolving issues, developing instructional documentation).
Additional responsibilities include supporting DDTC Video Tele-Training (VTT), Tier2 Help Desk, and other duties as necessary.
Candidate will interact with military, other contractors, and U.S. Government personnel.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining Deployable Digital Training Campuses (DDTCs) for the U.S. Army.
This position requires interaction with military, other contractors, and U.S. Government personnel. Develops instructional documentation. Lifting up to 50 pounds is required for equipment movement and setup. Travel may be required to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Basic Qualifications:
B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or additional relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's
or Masters with 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Must have an active Secret Clearance.
DoD 8570 IATII Certification (Security+ or Higher).
Experience implementing Servers and Desktop/Laptops in DoD Environments.
Experience in Network Configuration.
Experience in DoD Information Assurance (IA).
Experience in Scripting/Programming Experience.
Experience with ACAS.

Preferred Qualifications:
OPSEC Certification.
CISCO Certification.
Experience with Cellular/Satellite Modem Implementation through Commercial and DoD networks.
Experience with VMWare and/or VMWare Certification.
