Job Description:

Help us provide mission-critical IT for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)-supporting NASA's mission "to pioneer the future in space exploration, scientific discovery and aeronautics research"

Join our team as we prepare to partner with NASA to manage, secure, and maintain the agency's IT services to support NASA End-user Services & Technologies.

We are looking for dedicated employees to support the services and tasks that will be performed under the contract. We will provide IT and technical support capabilities, including:

• End-User Computing Device Management

• End-User Software Management

• Mobile Device Management

• Printer Device Management

• Service Desk Management

• IT Security Management

• Project Management

• Messaging and Collaboration Services

• Infrastructure Services

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Generally has 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
