Job Description:

The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Senior ISR Targeting Instructor at Nellis AFB, NV. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command's (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.

Primary Responsibilities

Train, develop, and certify intelligence analysts and targeting and ISR professionals in PPM and CDE. The contractor shall provide mobile training to units within the AF ACC enterprise.

Provide instruction to airmen on targeting and all-source analysis.

Integrate and synchronize critical non-kinetic capabilities and effects to enhance Target System Analaysis (TSA) and support training engagement visits.

Instruction shall include topics such as threat and target development, vulnerability of enemy targets, damage assessments, conventional weapons, explosive projectiles, nodal analysis, and tradecraft standards.

Support training engagement visits including mobile training and/or off-site training.

Provide instruction on Intelligence Preparation of the Environment, Battle Damage Assessment, Precise Point Mensuration, Collateral Damage Estimation, and weaponeering.

Develop, train, and keep updated advanced weaponeering courses, targeting and analyst capabilities, and enhanced target support to crisis operations.

Prepare course curriculum, materials, and assessments.

Mentor junior analysts and provide specific feedback in learning environments.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise.
