Under the direction of the Supply/Maintenance Manager, responsible for all Government Furnished Materials (GFM) utilized by ASP/TSA - Kuwait program.

Primary Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Supply or Maintenance Manager, responsible for all Government Furnished Materials (GFM) utilized by ASP/TSA - Kuwait program, to include assisting in the local purchases of materials as required. Assist in the management of all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Theater Provided Equipment (TPE) on the contract, thru the utilization of AssetSmart and Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A). Prepare, manage, and issue hand receipts and sub-hand receipts as required. Assist in the conduct of scheduled internal periodic and 10% inventories. Perform a myriad of GCSS-A Maintenance related functions including scheduling services, dispatching, managing ASL, etc.

Prepares manual DA Form 2765's as required for requisitioning supplies through the Government Supply System.

Maintain a separate computer-based system to manage and provide reports for all consumables, requisitioned, on-hand and issued. Provide consumables/expendables as required for all facilities. Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience in supply and property operations, preferably a background in MOS 92Y. Must be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently, and as a member of a team. Must be fluent in speaking and writing the English Language. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Kuwaiti Driver's License (KDL).
