Leidos has an opening for a Systems Engineer (SE) for a program developing a user-friendly GUI interface for a heavily used entitlement management system. The SE should have strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people, and should be familiar with security processes. This position is located in Northern Virginia and requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance in order to be considered.
The SE will be responsible for working to understand needs, as well as providing documentation to development team members that outline concerns, desires, and requirements. This candidate will work with different teams to include a development team. They will be expected to have expert knowledge and experience with DevOp methodologies and tools, Amazon Web Services, Agile SCRUM methodologies, Web Services, and Entitlement Management Systems. They should also have a firm understanding of identity access management and the necessary security requirements.
-Requires BS degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.

-Demonstrated experience collecting requirements and creating designs

-Demonstrated experience providing metrics on user satisfaction, response and approval timelines, help desk requests, organizational/provisioner requests for various functions, utilization of functions and performance

-Demonstrated experience facilitating working groups
-Demonstrated experience establishing workflows
