Job Description:

The Defense Group at Leidos currently has openings for Intelligence Analyst Team Lead at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead teams of analysts providing support to intelligence operations, coordination, production, data integration, and operational objectives.

Conduct targeting analysis and assist in targeting operations.

Interface with customer entities.

Draw upon expert knowledge of intelligence tradecraft and mission to recommend priorities, train junior analysts and staff, and benefit overall operations.

Analyze, fuse, and produce finished products from intelligence information from multiple disciplines.

Interface with intelligence organizations to fully prepare HUMINT teams

Prepare analytic support products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, source development and threat analysis.

Perform analysis, provide intelligence products and perform intelligence research to support HUMINT operations.

Basic Qualifications

HS Diploma and 10 years of relevant intelligence analysis and operations experience

5 years of experience supporting SOF operations

2 years of management experience

Excellent written and briefing communication skills

Expert knowledge and experience with analytic tradecraft, theory, doctrine, rules, regulations

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Recent experience in Afghanistan or Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations.
