Leidos' Tomahawk Weapons System is searching for a candidate to support the Weapons Control System (WCS) Integrated Product Team (IPT). The candidate will perform critical program management, acquisition, technical, and business analysis and provide support to ensure program success. The candidate will collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to systems acquisition and product programs, track program/project status and schedules, and apply policies and procedures for planning and execution of program requirements.
All work is on-site in California, MD; an active Secret clearance is required.
Support PMA-280 WCS in the planning, acquisition, and reporting of WCS activities including Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS) Hardware & Software development, Surface Platform Integration, and Submarine Platform Integration.
Support the development and definition of the acquisition strategy, program baseline, cost model definition, and support reporting for current and future TTWCS programs and versions.
Establish and maintain data management functions for the WCS IPT.
Capture and track WCS IPT action items. Support the resolution and reporting on actions. Support yearly POM submission by capturing inputs, creating packages, and updating the flight plans for TTWCS activities.
Update and deliver various reports, to include the following as a minimum:
Prepare meeting agendas and minutes ; track issues and action items
Prepare and maintain documentation for the PMA-280 Risk Management Board / Joint Risk Management Board.
Prepare and maintain priorities, issues and watch items for the WCS IPT Leadership Team.
Prepare and maintain briefing materials, project/program plans, acquisition documentation and IMS/IGS IPT level schedules.
Support update of PMT and keep a dashboard on all contracts. .
BA or BS in business, management, or engineering discipline and 8+ yrs of experience OR a MS/MA and 6+ yrs of experience
Active DoD Secret clearance
5+ years of experience in PPBE support for program management, technical and business analysis related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PP, Project) and experience generating briefing packages/documents from a variety of sources and tools
