This role is responsible for providing support to manage project staffing needs including supporting project staff plans, forecasting project level staffing needs based on customer and hiring manager requirements. Follow establish program policies for managing of program specific staffing, coordinating interviews between Talent Acquisition (TA) and hiring managers, managing internal program on-boarding and off-boarding of all staff (Leidos and Subcontractors). Coordinate with Leidos human resource personnel and TA to write staffing requisitions. Ensure internal program database is kept up to date with all staffing requisitions and associated program task, project, position title and level and WBS information to smoothly and effectively impact program established objectives and goals within scope, schedule and cost.
-Completing tasks as assigned by the PMO and provide feedback/reporting as appropriate.
-Coordinate internal program on/off-boarding process for new program employees and subcontractors.
-Understand rate and salary allowances; coordinate with Finance to ensure potential positions meet Leidos and program contracted LCATs and rates.
-Coordinate with hiring managers and security to make sure requisitions accurately describe the position requirements, within cost and clearance requirements.
-Maintain program level database of current position requirements/requisitions.
-Ensure requisitions are posted in the internal program database to appropriate subcontracts.
-Coordinate with TA to ensure Leidos requisitions are posted and up to date within workday.
-The candidate must be able to coordinate across the various elements of the program.
-Effectively communicate with corporate support elements to facilitate program requirements.
-Effectively produce reporting used in providing status reports to key customers and stakeholders.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills (written and oral).

The candidate must be able to understand and write IT technical position descriptions/requisitions.
The candidate must be a self-starter and able to see tasks (routine and ad-hoc) through to their completion.
The candidate must be able to manage projects with minimal supervision and be able to work both independently and part of a team.
The candidate should have a BS with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
The candidate must have an active TS/SCI with a polygraph.
