Job Description:

The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for an HUMINT Analysis SME in Ft. Bragg, NC.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive assessments of multiple types/sources of intelligence data and support the F3EAD Targeting Cycle to answer intelligence questions and provide recommendations for further action or collection.

Draw on expertise in HUMINT analysis to solve complex problems.

Conduct analysis of targeting networks or individuals within networks and identify vulnerabilities for exploitation.

Perform big data analysis, using HUMINT data

Conduct social network, regional, HUMINT, and pattern of life analysis

Provide guidance to junior analysts and give recommendations to customer related to overall mission objectives

Basic Qualifications

HS Diploma and 10 years of relevant HUMINT experience.

5 years of experience in collection management, all-source analysis, reporting

2 years of supervisory experience

Overseas experience supporting SOF

Completed Strategic Debriefing Course or equivalent

Experience with HOTR and GCOMS; M3, Google Earth, ArcGIS, ISM/Wise, Harmony, Skope, TAC, Palantir, CCD, and other intelligence analysis tools

Expert understanding of HUMINT theory, doctrine, regulations, and methodologies

Strong briefing skills, capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Recent experience in Afghanistan or Iraq or other hostile fire zone supporting SOF operations.
