Job Description:

The Intelligence and Homeland Security Group of Leidos is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Northern Virginia. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required in order to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in developing a broad range of written products in support of senior leadership and USG policymakers.

Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for effectively and efficiently planning, organizing, directing and controlling the administrative and technical requirement of the Task Order. Requirements may include monthly meetings with the COTR, any component Government Task Managers, or with oversight personnel. The PM is located on-site managing and coordinating Contractor resources across the Task Order and maintaining a staff of experts with requisite clearances to perform specialized analytic or assistance tasks.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years or prior relevant experience. Generally has 7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.

Basic Qualifications
  • 10 years of program management experience in the IC
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs with similar size and scope
  • Demonstrated Program Management experience with ODNI
