More About the Role:
Leidos currently has an opening for Mobile Device Service Manager in Madison Alabama. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the NASA/NEST mission. In this mission we provide end user computer, mobile and print support to NASA customers across the country.
What You'll Get to Do:
-Responsible for planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives.
-Duties may include ensuring that all functions run within scope, time and budget constraints. -Interfaces with task and function leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.
-Primary point of contract for mobile device/service provisioning across the NASA Centers.
-Work closely with mobile service providers (i.e. Verizon, Sprint, ATT) to ensure device availability, delivery to end users.
-Review billing statements for accuracy and mediate any corrections.
-Work with subcontractor providing mobile device support at the NASA Centers to ensure SLA's are met and quality service is provided to each user.
-Work closely with senior management to resolve issues with service delivery at Centers.
-Understand and be able to discuss monthly mobile metrics and ways to improve performance.
-Other duties as assigned.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
-Requires a BA degree and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience.
-Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance as required by the customer.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
-Proven written and oral communication skills.
-Previous experience leading a large group of subcontractors to deliver IT services.
-Experience interacting with senior level managers and customers.
-Experience working in a fast paced environment with competing priorities.
