Job Description:

The Defense Group at Leidos currently has openings for a Program Coordinator in Arlington, VA.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in day-to-day management of 300+ FTE-program.

Provide onsite assistance to National Capital Region Team Leads and customer officials

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining detailed resource-loaded schedules

Use or recommend automated tools such as MS Project, Primavera or program mandated software

Develop and or modify project schedules and or the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule

Maintain the overall Master Program /Project Schedule

Facilitate regular meetings as needed.

Assist in managing task order performance and compliance

Maintain quality and efficiency of technical performance and business processes

Respond to Government issues, concerns, comments, and requests

Keep Government, program, and company leadership apprised of contractual, programmatic, and technical progress

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience with a BA Degree

5 years of management experience within DoD or other Government agency

Experience in special operations intelligence disciplines or expert knowledge of Special Operations

Preferred Qualifications

List additional skills and experience that is "nice to have" but not required.
