The Leidos Intelligence Group has a career opportunity for a Principal SIGDEV Analyst in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Program Summary
This contract is a large, multi-year contract for the development, integration, deployment and sustainment of large collection systems. The work that's being done on this Leidos-led, prime contract is extremely important to the government and offers its team members the opportunity to work autonomously and explore new technologies. Job Summary
The Principal SIGDEV Analyst will provide expert level analytic support to planned and deployed systems. The analyst will utilize their recent hands on experience with access analysis, target development, and engineering analysis associated with existing customer systems. The analyst must have extensive experience with Protocol Analysis to be successful in this role.

Bachleors Degree in related field of study and 15 or more years related experience. In lieu of Bachelors Degree an additional 4 years of directly related experience will be considered
A minimum of 10 years experience and in-depth demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT Development analytic support
Within the last 10 years, a minimum of 7 years experience in at least four (4) of the specializations listed below:
  • Signals Analysis
  • Modern Tele-communications System and Networks:
  • Telephony Switching System:
  • Communications Systems
  • Cellular/Personal Communications Systems:

Within the last 10 years, a minimum of 5 years experience in at least nine (9) of the customers databases/tools in the following categories
  • Circuit
  • Packet
  • Environmental

Demonstrated expertise, specific to the customer and tools, in the following areas is required:
  • Digital network analysis and plug-in development
  • Environmental knowledge and target development
  • Understanding of modern telecommunications networks
  • Experience supporting customer operators and mission partners in sustaining and optimizing customer systems

Periodic on-call and OCONUS travel is required

Recent experience with Cable systems
