The Leidos is seeking a Ops Lead with experience in software development using robust databases such as Oracle, in an Agile environment. We utilize high-end technology to achieve complex results in an open and collaborative teamwork. Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage the daily activities of a small Tier-3 operations team.
-Coordinate shifts and schedules of team members (support 0600 to 1800) and after-hours support when necessary.
-Support operations activities by engaging in occasional shift work.
-Act as a liaison between the operations team, development team, and government leadership and other divisions.
-Produce weekly and monthly metric reports.
-Respond to operational data calls.
-Requires Masters with 10-15 years of prior relevant experience or Doctorate with 13-16 years of prior relevant experience.
-Skilled at problem-solving.
-Excellent skill to pay attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Ability to multi-task.
-Prior team leadership.
-Strong Java programming.
-Strong Oracle skills (OIM, OID, OVD, OHS and OAM) .
- Oracle WebLogic Administration, Oracle Oriented Architecture (SOA)
-Prior customer service background.
-Oracle experience (OIM especially).
-SQL and/or PowerShell experience.
