Job Description:

The Electronic Warfare division of Leidos currently has an opening for a Program Manager to work in our San Diego, CA office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to lead and manage multiple research and development projects funded by DoD and other government research organizations for developing technology, subsystems, or systems to give the U.S. a technological advantage in peace and war against our adversaries.

As a Program Manager, the candidate will manage the schedules and budgets for research and development projects. The program manager coordinates with supervisors to staff the programs, develops monthly status reports for customers, develops contract status reviews for line management, and ensures all contract requirements are met and delivered on time.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in STEM field with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. TOP SECRET DOD security clearance or SECRET DOD Security with background investigation within last 5 years. Technical and/or Program Management experience in Research and Development (R&D) projects/programs.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical and/or Program Management experience in Electronic Warfare Research and Development (R&D) projects/programs.
