Leidos is seeking a Project Support Specialist (Admin & HR Senior Paralegal) to join our Washington, D.C. team. Knowledge of, or experience in, the legal field is a plus. Responsibilities include daily tracking, exporting and updating reports using WorkDay, Excel, and other HR tools. Duties also include scheduling interviews, meetings, answering phones and emails, liaising with recruitment and regional teams, filing, preparing team for meetings, staff reviews, and other daily tasks, as well as verifying and approving timesheets. The Administrative Support / Human Resources Specialist will also gather, collect, record, track and verify various data and information from multiple sources. He/she will compile, review and analyze data. He/she may use software for functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. He/she may gather and manipulate common data, verify adequacy and appropriateness, develop charts, diagrams and standard reports.
The Project Support Specialist (Admin & HR Senior Paralegal) should be a quick, proactive problem solver with the ability to predict needs. She/he should demonstrate excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Proven ability to manage numerous priorities for large-scale projects is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least three years of clerical document / human resources experience.
- Familiarity with office and network environments.
- Familiarity with data processing environments, database technology and imaging technology
- Master’s level degree, JD, or paralegal certificate
- Interest in health law and/or civil rights.
