Assist with science logistics planning for Antarctica: Opportunity to learn about science & research management, science in remote locations, government support contract for National Science Foundation
Data entry and data management
Document review including proposals and requirements documents
Assisting science planners as needed, including development of operational plans and documents
Compile Google Earth coordinate data and maps (will train to use Google Earth)
Pursuing degree in and solid understanding natural/physical sciences and/or data management/analysis
High school education or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience.
Candidates must be enrolled in a degree program in a relevant discipline.
Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and Word (PC)
