Job Description:

Position Summary

Participates as a project lead with an integrated team providing analytical and operational direction in the assessment of C2 systems, information systems and their procedures.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the successful completion of one or more major assessment projects per year
  • Directs the following processes within each project:
    • Event (e.g., exercise, demonstration) planning and execution
    • Analysis and data collection plan development
    • Event Data collection
    • Qualitative and quantitative analysis
    • Report writing (findings, conclusions, recommendations)
  • Communicates with internal project subject matter experts, JDAT government representatives, and external JDAT customers to influence plans and event execution
  • Communicates assessment results to project stakeholders

Minimum Required Qualifications

Minimum Education

Master's/2 years related experience, or Bachelor's/4 years related experience, or AA/6 years related experience
  • Full understanding of concepts, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) in one or more of the following functional areas:
    • Air Operations C2
    • Ground Operations C2
    • Joint Fires
    • Joint Close Air Support
    • Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C2, Joint, Coalition)
    • Integrated Air and Missile Defense
    • Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems
    • Cyberspace
  • Microsoft Office tools experience

Additional Desired Qualifications
  • Contingency and/or large force operations experience
  • Experience with C4I plans, policies, and procedures
  • Joint duty experience
  • Advanced military school graduate
  • Technical writing experience
