Job Description:

The NISC III program within the Leidos Civil group is seeking a Scheduler/Primavera Support.

In this role you will provide support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Central Service Area (CSA) Planning and Requirements Group.

Specific duties for the position include:
  • Names Resource Assignments in PRIMAVERA (to include adding/removing roles as appropriate).
  • CWP (Corporate Work Plan) RAM (Responsibility Assignment Matrix) assignment support.
  • Resource loading analysis (over/under loaded teams and individuals).
  • Primavera report analysis and export to various programs (i.e. Tableau).
  • Prepare reports for project management information such as resource loading, schedule and budget variances. Develop an action plan and management successful implementation with diverse and completing priorities.
  • Develop and analyze project schedules utilizing project management software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project.
  • Prepare reports for project management information such as resource loading, schedule and budget variances. Develop an action plan and management successful implementation with diverse and completing priorities.
  • Develop, prepare and analyze briefings, spreadsheets, charts and graphs to give to staff team.
  • Provide support to Engineering Services with resource and schedule updates for UIS Projects.
  • Support data entry, analysis and verification of project data with the Corporate Work Plans.
  • Participate in periodic Central Service Area (CSA) Unstaffed Infrastructure Sustainment Program Monthly Telcon/meetings.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports to the UIS Service Unit.
  • Tracking and pull a report for all JAI report and JAI exception items from the CWP Portal once a month before the PSR telecom.
  • Prepare and submit monthly activity reports (CSR) to the Task Order Manager, which highlights major work completed under this task order no later than the 15th of the month.
  • Track F&E and OPS expenditures
  • Monitor activity dates, make current & future date changes, resource adjustments, create, and plan project activities in PRIMAVERA.
  • Utilize the Corporate Work Plan Portal for project management.
  • Attach/edit networks and plan start date in the CWP schedule module.
  • Review entered field requirement utilizing the Needs Assessment Program (NAP) for project scopes.
  • Enter/track/update projects in F&E and OPS using the Project Execution Strategy System (PRESS)
  • Review the Joint Acceptance Inspection (JAI) and the Contractor Acceptance Inspection (CIA) database for signed JAl's and CAI's to update schedules.
  • Track expenditures in REGIS.
  • Prepare and submit monthly activity reports (CSR) to the Task Order Manager which highlights major work completed under this task order no later than the 15'" of the month.
  • Other Duties as determined by Infrastructure GTI or UIS PIM.

Typically requires a BA degree and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience.
