Job Description:

Leidos Corporate is searching for an Employee Payables Supervisor to join our Enterprise Business Operations (EBO) in Oak Ridge - TN. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising employee payable auditors and overseeing all daily expense report processing activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate expense reimbursement to employees and maintaining accurate financial records and controls.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Ensure expense reports are processed in accordance with Company's Travel and Expense Policy, contract specific guidelines, Joint Travel Regulation and Federal Acquisition Regulations
  • Supervise, develop and train staff to enhance customer service, improve departmental efficiency and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of expense report processing
  • In coordination with management, help develop, implement and continuously improve policies, procedures, and processes necessary to support operations to include implementing automation wherever possible
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex issues
  • Serve as functional system Administrator for the company's expense processing tool, Concur
  • Develop and/or update training materials and provide training to internal and external customers
  • Assist with internal and external functional audit activities
  • Perform periodic QA reviews to ensure that internal controls and processes are strictly adhered to
  • Troubleshoot complex problems and develop appropriate resolution
  • In coordination with department manager, conduct annual performance reviews and establish metrics and goals for direct reports
  • Develop and distribute company expense report metrics
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience in Accounts Payable
  • Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and JTR
  • Prior Supervisory experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Concur Expense module and Costpoint is highly desired
  • Proficient in Excel
