We are looking for an EPIC OpTime Analyst that is eager to join our team !

This position is 100% remote.

The primary responsibility of the Epic OpTime Analyst is to configure and provide fundamental functional and technical support for business and clinical users. Collaborate with end users to understand the workflow and make corrective adjustments or enhancements. The Epic OpTime Analyst will be the central point of communication for an assigned set of users and will coordinate all activities on behalf of the Leidos. Assists with the analysis, recommendations for corrective actions and resolution of problems within the software applications, and provides support for normal maintenance of upgrades, and system maintenance. This position will also be responsible for the following, including but not limited to:

  • Epic Device Integration Build utilizing Epic Bridges tools
  • Device integration prior to implementation
  • Troubleshooting utilizing Epic Bridges tools

The ideal Epic OpTime Analyst will need to be able to demonstrate ability and experience understanding end user workflow and owning the technical components of that workflow, works well in team environments. The candidate must have demonstrated customer-oriented service excellence principals, self-motivated individual who can identify and resolve issues, and advance personal knowledge, able to execute complex tasks through organization and details driven approach. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills, a quick learner of software and information technology, motivated to learn new applications with the Epic application knowledge to build, test, support and train.

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience. Four years additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered."
