Job Description:

The NISC III program at Leidos is seeking a Junior Psychometrician to support FAA AJI customers on a consulting basis. The position will assist in conducting several urgent Job Task and Gap Analyses.

The Junior Psychometrician will assist a Senior Psychometrician in designing and administering questionnaires for and conducting focus groups with a pool of incumbent employees, and combining that data with the results of existing end-of-course surveys to identify their job tasks and the knowledge and skills required to perform them. The successful candidate will assist with analyzing the data collected and preparing a defined list of job tasks, KSAs, and DIF information, and analyzing existing material to determine where gaps exist in training.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BS degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in conducting Job Task and Gap Analyses on government training.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • FAA or similar government training experience.
