Executive ISR Technical Advisor

Job Description:

Applicants will advise senior AF leaders on Joint / AF ISR operations, technology developments and potential organizational realignment strategies. Applicants must possess an in-depth knowledge of Combatant Commander ISR requirements, DoD ISR mission planning and global operations, relevant technologies and multi-discipline tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP). They will conduct analyses of combined Joint, Allied and Coalition Force operations, current / planned enterprise and system architectures, emergent technologies and ISR TTPs.  The successful applicant will independently evaluate and develop potential materiel and non-materiel solution implementation strategies to resolve complex AF ISR mission problem sets and AF DCGS weapon system infrastructure impacts.  Applicants will regularly interact with senior AF leaders and develop correspondence and briefing presentations to implement command/DCGS weapon system initiatives.

Minimum of 16 years’ Air Force ISR experience with at least 9 years’ Joint / AF operations; possess Squadron Command or higher command experience; served as a Major Command (or higher level) director; attended senior-level professional military education; and possess a Master’s of Arts degree.  TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance is required to perform the assigned position duties.
