This position performs a variety of document creation, spreadsheet management, and visitor badging request duties with an impeccable level of accuracy necessary to keep a facility maintenance program running efficiently. Responsible for preparing, tracking, automating and collating detailed preventive maintenance information, reports, and security appointments. Research and monitor records related to material requisitions. Create and publish charts, graphs or other production reports as needed by the management team. Maintain Program Plans and contract required reports in support of the QC Manager and Program Manager; provide back up support for data entry into Maximo; provide backup support to SO dispatcher.
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must have TS/SCI and full scope polygraph and meet requirements for access to classified information.
High school graduate. Minimum of 5 years of work experience. Advanced/Expert knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point necessary. (Samples of work and demonstration of proficiency will be required during the interview) Exceptional time management and organizational skills required. Ability to prioritize and follow through on multiple tasks/projects at one time. Self-sufficient and self-motivated - works with little supervision, identifies opportunities and executes on projects to improve office efficiency.
Must be a competent problem solver and have the ability to work directly with customers.
Must be able to read plans and specs and red line drawings.
