Job Description:

Leidos has an opportunity to join a team of individuals supporting the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Washington, DC as a Security Administrator. This candidate should have strong organizational skills and be a time conscious self-starter who understands and can adapt to support a wide array of administrative functions including office management, filing responding to correspondence, answering phones, taking messages, providing logistic support, supply management, property inventory, arrange travel, and executive office support.

This candidate could be responsible for supporting the Unit Chief in the administration and execution of day-to-day activities. This includes the preparation of management briefings, creating memos (Electronic Communications) and reports required. Additionally they may perform a variety of highley complex administrative and office analytical functions to identify inefficiencies; streamline processes; eliminate redundancies; evaluate performance measures; and ensure processes meet valid requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
List daily duties and/or specific job responsibilities.
o Using Microsoft Suite to complete various administrative duties to include: Office management, logistical support,
o Identifying, and addressing database entry searches, and retrievals

Basic Qualifications

o The candidate must currently hold a TS security clearance and must be capable of obtaining a SCI clearance that includes a requirement to pass a CI polygraph exam
o One to three years of experience in the administrative field. (experience in security not required)
o Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
