Job Description:

Leidos is currently seeking a Project and Program Management Representative. The Project and Program Management Representative will be required to handle program specific projects and all manner of processes and procedures to successfully deploy individuals to Afghanistan and support the OCONUS team as needed in support of the mission.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Overall program support of assisting PMO Management with data collection, report preparation, ad hoc projects and assisting OCONUS management with internal issue resolution.
Coordinating New Hire orientation
Navigating new hires through the pre-deployment processes by monitoring and tracking new hires through the medical (fit for duty) process, visa and/or passport process, CAC card, timely completion of required paperwork, scheduling training's, hosting training's and regular communication with the new hire
Navigating and monitoring hires through the deployment processes by booking airline flight to CONUS Replacement Center for week long training, process export control documents and monitor hires travel to OCONUS location via MILAIR
Database entry and maintenance
Collection and tracking of data
Report generation

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 1-2 years prior relevant experience
Ability to work in fast changing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Proficient in Conference Call Note Taking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Time Management
Strong Organizational Skills
Strong Critical Thinking Skills
Good interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in Project Management
Previous experience deploying individual to US CENTCOM AOR
Experience work/communicating in a CONUS/OCONUS team dynamic
Valid US passport
Ability to obtain NACI or Clearance for CAC qualification
