Job Description:

Leidos is currently seeking a Program Performance Excellence on the CLS-A program in Afghanistan. The Program Performance Excellence candidate will work in Marlton, NJ and travel to Afghanistan, when needed, to support the Afghan CLS program as part of the Project and Program Management team.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsibility for the AS9100 Quality Management System including maintenance of the CLS-A Marlton Facility NQA Certification; Risk & Opportunity Management; Internal and QASP Metrics coordination, analysis, and reporting; all internal program management reviews (including presentation material development); and ad/hoc data analysis custom reporting requirements.
Responsibility for executing the Corrective Action Process, Continuous Improvement Process, Risk & Opportunity Management, Document Control, Management Reviews, and Auditing. Manages/coordinates the Subcontractor Assessment Process and Subcontractor PMRs.
Maintains the Risk Register, captures potential risks through the course of the standard business rhythm and executes as needed deep dives to flesh out risks and mitigation plans. Also responsible for generating the quarterly Risk Management CDRL for delivery to the USG.
Working with the individuals responsible for tracking detailed metrics for various functions (i.e., flight ops, Mx, Log, Contracts, etc.), maintain a repository of all the detailed metrics required for the various reporting requirements on the program. In addition, maintain a summary of the Quality Objective metrics, QASP metrics, and secondary metrics for the program.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.

Excellent organizational skills

Experience with Microsoft tools - Excel & Power Point

Experience with collecting and managing metrics

Quality Management System (AS9100 or ISO 9000) experience

Auditing experience

Preferred Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
