Job Description:

Leidos has two openings for Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to support work in Tampa, Florida.

The work will initially start as a telecommuting position during the pre-transition phase and upon award will shift to work location on U.S. Government Site (USCENTCOM Joint Intelligence Center, MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL.

Requires an active TS clearance with access to SCI and CI-Poly. The primary responsibility of the PM & DPM employees is to work all phases of contract management life-cycle from pre-award to contract end in support of CENTCOM Intelligence Directorate's mission, objectives, emerging contingencies, and approved plans and programs in direct support of military objectives and operations throughout the CENTCOM region.

The candidates shall work with line of business to prepare pans and activities related to the management of this approximately 400 FTE intelligence analysis services contract, consistent with Leidos proposal and awarded contract requirements and deliverables. Enduring support will encompass the full spectrum of the intelligence cycle and fulfill intelligence needs necessary for situational awareness, information sharing General Military Intelligence (GMI), targeting, Collection Management Authority and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) management, CI/HUMINT, warning, theater strategy implementation, joint operations and exercises and joint contingency/deliberate planning, as well an Program Management methodologies, practices and products.

Travel to support mission requirements in both Contiguous United States (CONUS) and OCONUS locations is possible. The candidate will be expected to brief senior leaders, provide status updates, and mentor junior employees and serve as the Leidos primary point of contact between the U.S. Government PM, COR and end users.

Required Qualifications:
US citizenship
Active TS clearance with access to SCI based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI), with active CI-Poly.
Requires a BA/BS
12+ years military intelligence experience or defense planning, and familiarity with the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility and organization
Knowledge of staff action processes and organizational structure of the COCOM and Intelligence Enterprise
Experience briefing senior Government leadership
Experience working with Department of State with regard to planning activities and public diplomacy
Experience working within the CENTCOM AOR
Experience managing complex programs, activities, organizations
