Job Description:

The Accelerator Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Senior Cloud Security Solution Architect to support a wide range of assignments from Internal Research and Development (IRAD), customer and program engagements, and business development.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The position will provide thought leadership on cloud and cloud security best practices as well as leading cloud resources in continuing to refine the state of the art best practices across the company. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the company leverage our capabilities across groups in order to realize the enterprise's maximum potential. Specifically, you will manage projects, establish measurement systems, and coordinate objectives leading to more efficient bids, accelerated growth, creating and evolving discriminators more quickly, connecting SMEs, and strengthening our technical depth. Some travel required. Telecommute optional.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead several key initiatives defining the state of the art in cloud security for the evolving capabilities being offered by the providers

Support program and customer requests for assessments, architecture reviews, technology roadmaps, and customer meetings on cloud approaches

Support new business development activities including conferences, customer meetings, proposal strategies, proposal development, and proposal reviews

Continue to build and augment the cloud security and automation team

Drive re-useable cloud security and automation approaches throughout the company

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience.

Cloud architecture experience in AWS and Azure

Security certification (such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, etc)

Experience with Devops solution delivery processes and tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience
