The Leidos QRC Airborne ISR Division currently has an opening for a CM Manager to work in our Bridgewater, VA office.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop configuration management plans
  • Implement process improvement initiatives
  • Lead development of configuration and data management tools using SharePoint
  • Identifying configuration items at initial program phase for new systems
  • Establish baselines for new systems
  • Coordinate and manage configuration control board meetings
  • Develop process improvements plans to improve work efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan and execute PCAs/SCAs
    • Audit aircraft modifications/installations against baseline configuration reports and drawings
    • Audit mission systems hardware and software against baseline DIACAP artifacts
  • Act as CM Approval Authority
  • Collect CM-related metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports
  • Generate weekly meeting agendas and meeting minutes

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of work experience or 10+ years of work experience
  • Excellent communications skills, written and oral, to interface with customers and peers
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems, SQL databases, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of MIL-HDBK-61A, Configuration Management Guidance and other standard industry CM practices
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Eligible to obtain minimum of Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Systems engineering experience
  • Knowledgeable on aircraft structures
  • Familiarity with AS9100 requirements
  • Active Secret clearance
