Job Requisition:Targeting Intelligence Instructor
Leidos is seeking candidates for a Targeting Intelligence Instructor position at Goodfellow AFB, TX. Candidates must already possess a current TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered.
The Targeting Instructor provides mission support to the 17 Training Group (17 TRG) at Goodfellow AFB, TX as a classroom instructor and curriculum developer. The Targeting Instructor will plan, coordinate, design, and validate instruction for general intelligence training specialties, as well as develop, write, review, and revise instructional materials. The Targeting instructor will have the ability to conduct general intelligence classroom and computer-based instruction, and monitor and evaluate student progress. The Targeting Instructor will be responsible for the development and presentation of AETC approved training, and may be required to work extended hours during capstone exercises and perform duties as a test proctor. The ideal candidate will have formal training as a 1N1B; have experience as a podium instructor or curriculum developer; and be completely familiar with Air Force organizational structure and the role the Air Force plays in the larger cryptologic enterprise. May require some shift work.
TS/SCI on day 1
At least an Associate’s degree
Minimum of 6 years of technical experience as a 1N1B
Graduate of AETC Basic Instructor Course
Knowledge of adult learning theories and an understanding of the ISD process
Strong written and oral communication skills, including public speaking
Excellent analytic and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and prioritize projects appropriately
Ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
