Job Requisition:Program Manager
Civil IT is seeking a Program Manager on the ESA IV program. ESA IV is an IT Services program supporting several customers within the Department of Justice. The program provides a range of IT services, including help desk, deskside support, Windows workstation engineering and maintenance, managed print services, ITSM, Active Directory services, and video conferencing, among others.
The Program Manager will be a senior leader in the organization, and will be the primary individual responsible for communicating with the customer and delivering services. The individual selected for this position should have a broad technical and leadership background spanning many of the technical areas supported by the program. The candidate should have the ability to multitask and juggle numerous priorities. The ability to clearly articulate messages for a variety of audiences, both through written and verbal means, will be a critical skill necessary for success in this position.
This Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the services delivered to the customer meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements. The Program Manager will be on site with the customer, and will lead a team of technical staff in delivering IT services. In addition, will also support proposals and other new business activities, and will perform other duties as assigned. This position will be based at a customer office in Washington, DC. The individual selected to this position must successful complete a security investigation by the government.
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 years of experience
- 7 years or more of IT Operations experience
- Program Leadership experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to multitask and function in a quick-paced environment.
- Control Account Management
- Past experience with the Department of Justice
- ITIL Foundations
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Per the contract, U.S. Citizenship is required.
