The National Solutions Group at Leidos currently has an opening for an Enhancement Lead to work for one of our Premier Customer Accounts in Washington DC.  If you have great leadership skills, solid work experience with Oracle Identity Management (OIM) and want to make an impact for our Intelligence Community customers, this opportunity is for you.  This position will lead a major transition from OIM to a new architecture for the customer Identity and Access Management system.

Primary Responsibilities
•Serve as Technical Lead for all Identity and Access Management enhancement capabilities: Identity Management - Access Management - Provisioning - Role Management - Managed Resources - Governance - Distributed Administration - Reporting and Compliance Infrastructure - Integration 
•Recommend, plan, lead, and carry out IdAM capabilities to improve performance, improve processes and procedures, and perform routine application or hardware upgrades.  Configuration and change activities are included in this activity.   
•Lead technical team in planning and executing complex projects and managing a broad range of planning and logistical functions to include, but not limited to:  Technical planning, system integration, cost and risk analysis, and supportability and performance analyses for the IdAM environment.
•Documentation Support - Create and deliver project life cycle management documentation.  Documentation requirements will vary but may include the following: 
  oProject Plan, Implementation Plan, Mission Needs Document, CONOPS, Installation Plan, System Design Document, Interface Control Document, O&M Manuals, General User Manual, Privileged User Manual, Training Plan, Transition Plan, Configuration Management Plan, Version Description Documents, Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Risk Management, Test Reports, Security Plan, Software Requirements Specification, Hardware Requirements Specification 
•Configuration/Change Management Support - Assist the Government Configuration and Change Manager in all aspects of asset, license and lifecycle management of the IdAM ecosystem tools. 
•Communication - Timely alerts to the designated Government representative when additional hardware or software is required to maintain the availability or performance of network functionality.  
•Analyzing Security Requirements - Analyze security requirements and support network C&A activities based on FBI policies and instructions.  

Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning  • 12+ years of professional work experience in IT system enhancements 
•Knowledge of the following, but not limited to: (Required) Extensive, expert engineering experience with IdAM suite capabilities such as, but not limited to: 
oEnrollment and Credentialing  
oIdentity Lifecycle Management  
oAuthentication and Authorization  
oAudit and Reporting  

Preferred Qualifications
•Experience with virtual environments 
•Experience with database queries such as SQLDeveloper or SQLPlus 
•Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux  
•Experience of programming in Java 
•Knowledge of Active Directory administration 
•Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services  
•Network Architecture & Design  
•Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based web services 
•Experience with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 
•Experience with eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML) 
•Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services  
•Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services
