Leidos is looking for an IT Management Analyst (IMA) to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across mission critical exploitation capabilities as we continue to push the technology forward in support of an FBI RCFL contract.  The candidate should be able to work independently and take responsibility for leading studies and presenting their findings in clear concise communications to contract personnel. 

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
The IMA shall perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of this program. This person shall execute a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more program areas.  He/she shall develop plans and monitor tasks to meet contractual/project requirement for assigned program(s). IMA shall assist the Government with establishing and defining program plan requirements and directing or performing in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.  He/she shall assist with monitoring and reporting RCFL’s performance plans to ensure that task cost and DEFO’s objectives are met.  IMA shall interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.  This person shall be capable of completing professional communications (oral and written) and preparing, presentations, and reports.  IMA may also participate in special projects, as required within scope of work.

Minimum Qualifications:
•BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience and at least 3 years of experience performing administrative and analytical tasks in a fast paced environment.
•An active TS is required for this position
•Various accounting functions utilizing the advanced features of Microsoft Excel to assist management of annual balance sheet for the RCFL program
•Assisting with tracking and reporting status or requisition packages throughout the acquisition process
•Providing technical review on documentation requirements for technical components of supporting systems
•Providing customer/contract liaison support
•Providing lifecycle management for components
•Conducting market research on hardware/software purchases to support field offices
•Inputting procurement documentation such as 508 compliance, quotes, justifications, and other procurement documentation into bureau systems
•Assisting Government with generation of required documentation for services, supplies, and equipment.
•Assisting to ensure that services, equipment and supplies are distributed to end users expeditiously as needed
•Assisting with development of equipment/supplies life cycle price estimates
•Conducting analysis on work procedures and recommend changes to improve the effectiveness of the organizations management
•Provide management with studies on ways to increase efficiency
•Competency in applying knowledge of administration principles, IT concepts, practices, procedures, and techniques
