Enterprise Service Delivery Manager

Job Description:

The Civil IT Division of Leidos is seeking an Enterprise Service Delivery Manager (ESDM), contingent upon contract award. This position will be based at a customer site in Crystal City, Arlington, VA.  

The individual selected for this position will coordinate the provisioning of information technology services and will develop service plans and policies in order to deliver the highest level of operational services to the end users served by our customer. At all times, the ESDM will focus on service management, change control, and improvement in service, all to ensure continuous customer satisfaction while minimizing cost.

The ESDM will be responsible for three key areas of IT Service Delivery for our customer: Workspace Services, Mission/Site Services, and Business Relationship Management.

The ESDM manages customers, resources, projects and programs related to service delivery. He or she will provide reports to Government management on the performance of Service Delivery, customer complaints, and suggestions on how to improve on service delivery. As projects are underway, the ESDM will provide expertise in project planning, task management, and control, including demonstrated use of project scheduling, cost management, change management, and tracking tools. The individual selected for this position will provide supervision and direction to ensure quality deliverables are created while managing costs, scheduling, and resources. He or she will collaborate with Senior Government IT Staff, and work independently to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.

The ideal candidate will have direct past experience, which demonstrates superior interpersonal and business communications skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus seven years of experience
  • 5 years or more of IT Operations experience and at least 2+ years’ experience as a manager
  • Program Leadership experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and function in a quick-paced environment.
  • Public Trust Clearance (Risk: High) with MBI, LBI, and/or SSBI successfully adjudicated within the past 60 months
  • Experience with IT Enterprise Service Delivery management and Business Relationship Management, valid within 5 years of being onboard in the position
