Job Requisition:Deputy Program Manager with TS/SCI and polygraph
The Mission Solutions Operation (MSO) within Leidos has an opening for a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to support the Mission Integration Division on a large program supporting national security customers. The DPM will manage a fast paced, highly dynamic technical and operational program for a special access customer with 150+ employees and subcontractors. The DPM will work side by side with the customer at a customer location and provide the leadership for team leads and specialist engineers supporting the day-to-day customer mission requirements. The DPM provides oversight and guidance to Leidos staff and subcontractor staff working at the customer sites and OCONUS locations in support of the customer mission in addition to performing the necessary financial and contractual activity required to execute the contract.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND SKILLS:
The DPM will report directly to the Program Manager and be responsible for all aspects of program execution related to the main customer. This position directly interacts with various levels of customer personnel and proactively addresses customer requirements by leading an established group of senior engineers and operations personnel. The position includes managing and overseeing staffing efforts and working with the customer to meet annual budget requirements. The DPM will assist in career development plans for Leidos employees and manage compliance with training requirements and performance reviews. Additional responsibilities include working with the customer line and contracts management to ensure that Leidos is meeting its program deliverables. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting an IC contract and knowledge/experience with key, core customer functional areas. The DPM of this program is responsible for planning, directing, scheduling, and executing all SOW elements.

•Demonstrated efficacy under high tempo CONUS and OCONUS team delivery deadlines.
•Candidate must have a current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
•Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of experience with Government, Intelligence Community, or Commercial technical or systems development projects.
•Direct experience in systems development and/or operations required.
•Candidate should have a working knowledge of technical activities in the IC
•Minimum of 7 years as a Program/Project Manager or Team Lead with increasing responsibility, preferably with experience on cost reimbursable contracts
DESIRED SKILLS: Technical or advanced degree preferred. Candidates with PMP or other project management certifications desired. Experience working in the IC, or military services and/or experience working at government locations.
