Job Requisition:

Sr Electronic Warfare SME TS/SCI

Job Description:

Advise and mentor EWOs and Mission Data Programmers in understanding larger mission picture; provide operational support to EW specific mission areas.

Position Duties

Subject Matter Expert (SME) in employment of Situational Awareness Tool suites and presentation of Mission Data information to the EWO.

SME in integration of multiple federated system inputs into a singular, coherent Common Operational Picture (COP).


Weapons and Tactics Instructor for developmental systems.


Experience

Required: Minimum of 20 years of EW experience with airborne hosted EW systems.

Desired: Additional 5+ years of EW system requirements development and management.

Education:

Required: Bachelors of Science w/ minimum of 20 years of EW operations. Combat experience preferred.  Top Secret/SCI.

Desired: Masters of Science w/ minimum of 25 years of EW operations experience. Weapons and Tactics Instructor qualification.

Skills

Required: a) Very familiar with the Air Force 53rd Electronic Warfare Group organization structure, operations and procedures.

b) Expert in the latest electronic threats, indicators and technical solutions.

c) Able to conceptualize EW data provided by on-board systems and present it to an end user in a tactically relevant fashion.

Desired: Expert in operational EW systems in as near real-time as system design allows.
