Program Finance Analyst, Lead

Job Description:

This position is responsible for managing multiple CRNs on the eDiscovery portfolio. The position supports many PMs who are collocated with our DOJ customers. As well as internal customer, the program management office and the CivIT LOB level.

As financial owner of the CRNs, the Program Finance Analyst (PFA) will be responsible the managing the EAC, budgets and funding on each CRN. This includes but is not limited to the funding reports, creating the monthly In Process Review (IPR) Report by customer DCN number and providing de-obligation reports to PM and internal contracts manager. Internally the position also provides support for the AOP and QFSR processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide program support to monthly IPR (In Process Review) with DOJ customer, manage 5 CRNS that are part of the eDiscovery Services portfolio and update management of funding issues. Also required to familiar with EAC process and inform PMs of variances. Often financial impact of problems are unclear and may require understanding of a broader set of issues, and may be difficult for non-financial personnel to articulate.

Basic Qualifications:

- Requires a BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent years of experience

- Strong communication skills
