Job Requisition:Service Delivery Lead - TS/SCI w/ Poly
The Service Delivery Lead (SDL) shall establish, refine, and oversee IT service delivery to internal and external customers. The SDL shall ensure that policies and processes are in place to deliver consistent, efficient, and effective services. The SDL shall engage customers, evaluate their feedback, and develop quality improvement processes.
This role refines and oversees IT service delivery to internal and external customers. The individual will ensure that policies and processes are in place to deliver consistent, efficient, and effective services within the contract and engage customers, evaluate their feedback, and develop quality improvement processes. The SDL will be responsible for ensuring all necessary service desk tickets are triaged and resolved and being liaison to the agency service desk.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years or prior relevant experience.
- Generally has 7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects
- Candidate must have an active TS/SCI with a polygraph.
- Experience utilizing IT service planning.
- Experience performing in medium to large scale operations of IT Service Management.
- Experience utilizing service delivery in a Government systems and services environment.
- Experience utilizing Agile development, DevOps, and knowledge management.
- ITIL certification.
