The Defense Group of Leidos has an opening for a Senior All Source Task Lead – Course Manager at Fort Bragg, NC
INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multidiscipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.
The All Source Task Lead will be accountable for all aspects of the All-Source/DCGSA Task Oversight functions assigned to Contractor personnel staff, managing 32 geographically dispersed instructors and curriculum developers. Assisting PM in assessing new hires and ensuring Contractor personnel are trained, capable, and proficient in emerging TTPs and certifications. Tracking and reporting training schedule for All- Source training events and provide monthly status reports outlining events, outcomes, and support requests to Collective Training events. They will also work directly with the Functional Lead to assess current and future course material, coordinate and certify cadre personnel to ensure proper training and qualifications, and manage daily functions of the All-Source task order.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
- Minimum of 14 years of experience within All-Source analysis, production or management
- Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or IC equivalent
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- 5 years of military experience serving in an All-Source-related mission
- Minimum 2 years as an instructor on the DCGS-A system
- Experience developing military programs of instruction
- Knowledge and application of curriculum development principals
- Experience managing a geographically dispersed, experience diverse personnel
