Leidos is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Officer. Our Foreign Disclosure Officer will have knowledge of US disclosure policies and guidance for specific IC agencies and will gain experience with international program security. The FDO will coordinate and make disclosure decisions within certain parameters. The Foreign Disclosure Officer will work with senior-level FDO’s and serve as an advisor in support of our customer’s disclosures program. The FDO may assist in processing all requests for disclosure of information to partners and reviewing various products for release. The FDO may process RFIs from foreign governments and international organizations and may obtain security clearance information and verify foreign national statuses prior to release of classified material, and ensure all classified material is passed appropriately. The FDO will maintain permanent electronic database of all decisions concerning disclosure, release or denial of intelligence to foreign nationals.
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or 6 years total experience in lieu of degree
- Experience working with IC guidelines concerning foreign disclosure, and intelligence information sharing
- Strong writing and editing abilities are required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities as needed
- Strong attention to details is required
- Expert level experience working with Microsoft Office products: PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook
- An active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph is required
